Service Transition

(ICT)

As part of the opening of the new Perth Children’s Hospital, our consultants were part of a large ICT project to help with the transition of ICT Services which included service delivery and support readiness, software application testing and ICT service commissioning.

Project Delivery

(Enterprise Business System)

Our programme and project delivery expertise was utilised by Legal Aid WA (a non-profit organisation that provides the community with free or low-cost legal services) to replace and implement a key element of their core business system. This project included the management and implementation of the design, build and transition in conjunction with staff and 3rd party vendor support.
